Hello so I’ve been at my store for almost a year and in that time I’ve worked on the some of the artwork for my little cafe and also helped boost my stores Instagram page by making it more partner oriented and getting to know the baristas and their favorite drinks. So in that time I’ve been working towards making a welcoming environment for our partners just because I understand the day to day things we go through and want to lend a hand. The other day my sm encouraged me to apply for the shift supervisor position at my store and I would like to be prepared as best as I can is there any questions I could be on the look out one of my shifts printed out a partner development plan for me to take notes to help me out c: so anyone’s whos been interviewed for the position if you could drop some tips I’d greatly appreciate it!
