Stop bcuz people have actually asked about our “frappuccino machines” and one time I went to add sugar packets to this dude’s iced coffee and he goes “Jesus christ don’t you have a machine that dispenses it like Dunkin?”

That might be my fault 😅 I like to get cheeky with my customers who look like they will take a joke, if they order a frap I always tell them “oooooh I’m so sorry but our frap machines are broken!” And just wait to see what they say, the look of confusion and instant connection when I break into a smile and slap my knee 😂

We promise if u hit no tip, u wont be struck with thunder or a piano wont fall on ur car out of the sky. Just ignore it and hit "no tip" like ur able to physically do when walking past tip jars without tipping. So this is same thing except u hit no tip on ur own. Option is there for people who pay with card and wana tip but dont have cash
