I’d go to urgent care. You MUST keep it covered. Try to be on POS with a glove. Obviously you can’t have the bandage saturated with blood. Get it checked out make sure rabies is up to date.

I’d call out now because a) you need to see someone if at all possible—cat bites can be nasty— and b) if you don’t have full use of your hands that’s gonna make work tasks hard. Use your sick hours if you have them.

If you did go to work you’d have to wear gloves over any dressing you might use and change them when sani timer goes off and everyone’s meant to wash hands.
