I see a lot of stores have the tipping option now when you pay with card. But our store doesn't have it yet. Do we need to do anything? Because we don't have it, I'm wondering if we need to reboot them or call someone in etc.? Does anyone know?

Ours just updated overnight. I came in one morning and it was there. You said you had the new readers, is it the smaller, slimmer black ones? I think verifone brand?

they have to replace the old card readers with new ones. is ur store unionized? cuz if it is then you won’t get credit card tipping bc starbucks sucks

We have new ped's but I'm guessing that means we have to call someone to replace it with even newer ones then? Our store isn't unionized but that's so fucked up that they don't get it 😳 wtf

we have the regular same ones (not new) and ours are working fine on it. it doesn’t require the new ones.
