Well now I have to burn my sweater.(self.starbucksbaristas)

Creepy regular, you know the ones, they stare at you from across the lobby, try to "flirt" when they might as well tell you to get in their white van because they have candy. He once told a coworker, back while we had Italian on brew as dark roast, "Are you Italian? Because I'd like a hot, steamy Italian." Like who actually f*cking says that to a person? Fast forward, I can't do laundry right now so I'm wearing my new sweater from yesterday, he just looks at me and says "Oh good, you're wearing my favorite sweater." I can't ever wear this thing ever again, like I might as well return it. He always does creepy shit. He once walked past a coworker on their break and just oogled the fuck outta their chest as he walked by. He sits across from the registers so he can stare at the asses of customers. We "can't" ban him because "he comes in every day and is a big customer" like no he's a creep and nobody likes talking to him because he'll try to get their number. I feel so bad, one of the new girls gave him HER ADDRESS. Like okay but now you straight up have to move, no joke. I literally wanna develop just so I can move stores and never see him ever again.

I know he's being a total creep and I hope this brings you the intended comfort and confidence - that sweater is yours and you get to wear it when you want. You don't have to respond to his comments, don't have to smile, don't have to engage beyond the only the strictest necessity. If he gets belligerent, let him dig his own grave. Inform other baristas of his predatory attitude. Watch him like a hawk. And Do Not Let Him control your wardrobe in the slightest. You deserve to do whatever you'd like within the reasonable expectations of your work. He doesn't have any of the power he'd like you to think he does. I can't imagine why anyone would give him their address, so I'm going to assume it was naïvety and innocence, at the worst an accident, in which case that person needs extra protection and guidance. The second this guy steps out of line, report. And keep reporting higher up until someone actually does something about it.

So much this! Don't let some creep control you and ask to sit down with the SM/ASM or even ask a supervisor you trust and ask what to do. I'm sure it's a known issue and if you can, speak up!
I had a similar situation happen to myself, RECENTLY, at work. It was directed solely at me though. Even after advising my supervisors about it, it took a different regular of mine to step up and tell him to back off, because of how uncomfortable he made me. He's not come back, and it's been a huge anxiety relief for me.
Good luck!

Dudeee my favorite thing to say to creeps was "that's inappropriate" and walking away to my next task or refocusing on making a drink and not addressing the customer's reaction. Just passing out the drink and "have a great day, bye 👋 " boom I'm gone, next drink. Just gotta remember I'm better than those pricks and suddenly I feel a lot better.

It’s gonna be annoying but every single barista is going to have to do Incident reports. Now. Every time. And keep a record for yourself for your safety! And for the barista who gave there address possibly talk to the police about it so it’s on file in case any unfortunate events happen in the future

I wish baristas could cut customers off like bartenders. He’d be first on my list
