Hello. I was recently separated from Starbucks today and was wondering if any partners/ managers had information on harassment and bullying policies. While I was on the floor a coworker and I (who were friends at the time) got into an argument via text message. We sent some pretty hurtful things back and forth and I was the one who wound up getting fired because I was the one working while it happened. I was told by my manager that the policy I signed before I started working stated that any form of bullying on the floor would lead to immediate termination. I later looked at what I signed and cant seem to find where it says that. If anyone has information it would be appreciated.
