I had someone come through POS on saturday wanting an Americano in her January cup and of course she wants it for free.
I said it only works for regular coffee, not espresso drinks and she said ‟I don’t drink drip coffee because it’s disgusting” I mean I could not disagree with her all that hard, but also I was like ’sis idk what you want me to say to you. I can not magically make the code work‟

People dont read. She bought an expensive ass tumbler without wondering and looking into why its marked at such a higher price. Because if she did look, she would see that americano is not included as part of the free drink that goes in it

It’s also literally printed on the cup what can go in the cup, when it can go in the cup at the special pricing and how often it can go in the cup for that special pricing …
