Is it possible to get blacklisted from starbucks?(self.starbucksbaristas)

This is gonna be a long explanation but I would appreciate peoples input.
Recently I worked at Starbucks for a little over a year. Was on good terms with all the staff and my boss. I got a exhausted and started to really hate working there and needed a break so I was looking for other jobs. I ended up getting sick, my health started to decline, around the same time I got a new job which offered me the opportunity to take two weeks off before I start in between Starbucks and the new job. I went ahead and had a talk with my manager and told her what was going on. I also apologized perfusly for the timing considering Holliday season was looming. She seemed understanding and I put in my two weeks. Then she asked if I could work an extra day after my two weeks (the dreaded red cup day) I felt bad so I went ahead and helped out. After that I took about a week and a half off and then started my new job. My new jobs was a scam, they ended up only paying me commission which isn't what they had told me previously, and they ended not even paying my trainer extra and he was on commission. I hated that job so I quit knowing I had some money saved and could likely go back to Starbucks. I live 30 min from my old Starbucks location and wanted to be closer to my apartment so I applied for the starbuckses around me. I just got emails from one after the other of my application being denied. I'm just curious if my old manager blacklisted me or what??

The applications automatically get rejected after a certain period of time, and I think you can call partner resources to find out if you’re eligible for rehire?

Not “blacklisted” but you can be marked as not available for re-hire? I believe. But I thought they’d have to put a reason why. Sound like your manager is sketchy. Just keep trying locations!

Yeah I'm worried that my mager is making me seem like a bad worker, it happened to two other baristas who transferred where she told their new manager that they were difficult to work with and we're late all the time which wasn't true.

I had to ask my DM about this apparently it’s just whether or not you leave a notice before quitting vs just quit

Sometimes stores will have the apps open but not actually be accepting workers, which results in you getting rejected cause they’re overstaffed.
There’s a lot of options for what it could be, don’t give up! I’m on my second store now after applying for nearly a year and it’s a perfect fit.

I would call corporate to get a clear answer so you know one way or the other and aren’t using time for Sbux apps/calls that you could be otherwise using for a different job you have a shot at.
