I don't understand how he has the time to do this constantly, and in half his videos you can clearly see his coworkers busy working on actual tasks/customers/etc. How does he get away with clearly neglecting his job but other Starbucks employees who post something on tiktok one time are immediately fired

Must be a corporate plant. We’re not even supposed to have our phones out on the floor. Plus he’s doing it on paid time. And he’s representing the company. Either the company is okay with it because they actually hired him to do that, or somehow corporate somehow hasn’t noticed this yet which is highly unlikely. And, if he’s NOT doing it on the clock, like if he’s on his break or done with his shift, he’s not supposed to be on the floor anyway. The store is not your personal recording studio. You aren’t allowed to be on the floor just to hang out with friends or shoot videos.
