I start by asking the customer if they or anybody they know, drinks alot of brewed coffee, if they do, i then just explain the cup, and I acknowledge that it’s expensive but worth it to the right person

The other day at my store, a customer was looking for it and I asked my manager and she said that it's all sold out. Then when the customer left, my manager told me that recently she had been putting herself on register a lot and she sold all of them and the DM brought us a catering Hoagie tray
