I don’t think it’s that. I thought it was straight lemonade too but it’s not like I was *ignoring* the milk/water line lol I was just doing lemonade *to* the milk/water line, like you’d do an iced matcha, but with lemonade. And it’s like, that’s how my trainer taught me, and I guess how her’s (my sm) taught her, so I assumed it was correct. And nobody ever corrected me, so I never had a reason to second guess it.

I mean the water line is still on the shaker when we make shaken espressos too lol the water line on the shaker don’t mean nothing if I think it gets no water 🤷‍♂️
