Do SMs have to schedule you enough hours to get your benefits? Our store cut our labor really badly, so much so multiple partners are suddenly cut down to 11 to 17 hours a week (with one partner in particular receiving NO hours for multiple weeks). The SM is now telling us to pick up more shifts to reach the required benefits hours, but continues to hire more people because "we're not picking up enough shifts that need covered" (even though we definetly are). What should we do?

They are not required to. I think the minimum they have to is 12
