today we had a lady come through to pick up her mobile order (iced white mocha with vsccf). when we gave it to her all the ice was melted… she drove off then came back saying that something was wrong with her drink and that maybe it was the shots or the wrong foam. she comes through and we take the sticker.
she ordered it at 8 am.
it was 4:30.
i don’t know who was not watching and throwing out old mobiles, and i also don’t know what went through her mind to order something ALMOST EIGHT HOURS before picking it up.

and the fact that we will be told to remake it for FrEeEeeeeeEe. honestly any other establishment would recharge the customer and i think its a big reason why we have the most entitled customers and get treated like second rate citizens 😃

Our store has a rule, within 30 minutes, its on us, after 30 minutes its on you. If they're a regular, or they freely give a reason as to why they couldn't make it without us asking, then we'll make an exception. But usually, if its past 30 minutes, you let the hot get cold and cold get hot by not coming in and they'll have to drink up or reorder.
