Am I going to face repercussions for coming in only during the hours of my approved availability? I keep getting scheduled earlier and the whole reason I have my current availability is because I’m pregnant and exhausted all the time. Like my gm approved the availability I requested I don’t even want to give a heads up at this point. I’ll be sleeping at the time I’m scheduled.

I think she’ll say that your availability is a “friendly suggestion” and she’s going to schedule people for what meets the needs of the store. Or at least that’s what my manager said to a lot of people before I quit lmao. But I do believe you are protected because you are pregnant.. I’d say call HR but I am very weary around them becsuse i truly feel like they’re on the side of the business and not employees

From what I understand the only things that fall into being scheduled outside availability would be store meetings and clean play.
