i’ve been a shift supervisor for a little over a year and next month i will start my ASM training! i’ll be leaving the store i started in and going to one of the busiest stores in my district. does anyone else that has a similar experience have any words of advice or things you wish you’d know beforehand? thanks:)

1. Ask questions! Really dig into the training and develop a good relationship with your SMT.
2. Get hands on experience and ask for feedback! This is how I learned a lot!
3. Never forget to develop relationships with the partners at every store you work!
