Some people dont look shit up before ordering. If theyre guna blend at home, cool. But ive heard where people ordering fraps with no ice is because they think its guna be the bottled "frappuccino" drinks u get from gas stations and convenient stores. But they cant just assume things. Like if u have to click on no ice thru the uber app, i would question it and be like "oh shit maybe this drink isn't what i thought it was, lemme look it up real quick before ordering"
