How does the raise system work? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m a year and a half in- started at ~$14.60 and was there for the $15 raise. What raises are automatic, what percent are they, and at what point in your career are they at? I never find a clear guide on this so I’d like to use this thread to make one for new partners

I believe I was told its a 2% raise for partners working less than a year, I don’t remember the others. your sm should be able to tell you.
