Clean play dire need question (self.starbucksbaristas)

If I’m cleaning the nitro, running the cleaner through and only 1.5 liters of cold brew comes out and 2.5 liters come out of nitro, do I need to add a new keg to flush out another half liter from the cold brew line? Also if I add another keg does that contaminate the whole new keg, or since it’s just running the cleaner out of the line it doesn’t matter? Sorry am dumb

Yes, add a new keg till you get the full 2L out of both lines. Disconnect the first, take the tiny filter out and clean it, put the filter back, then connect the 2nd keg — no risk of contamination
