That plus washing your hands, doing dishes. I personally don’t use gloves unless I really have to & usually it’s one.
But to combat this & it will take awhile, not going to lie, but use either:
Gold Bond hand cream (find the one with healing)
O’Keefe Working hands
Duke Cannon Bare Knuckle (get that one from Target)
Lubriderm is cool too
Also, staying hydrated in a sense works too. Yeah you’ll be a faucet every 20-30 mins but it’s worth it
To add on (sorry) don’t pick at it either. With those, I used to clean it with alcohol, use some Neosporin, & have bandaids on to protect it
Hope this helps

my store keeps lubriderm for the partners because sanitizer and washing your hands so much does this

Invest in a tiny lotion bottle to put in your bag that way you can moisturize it before, during, and after work.

Try working hands cream.

My store keeps lotion at the hand washing station. I use it every time I wash my hands and then some, and it really really helps. Ask your manager if y'all can do something similar. If not, keep a bottle of lotion in your apron pocket to use throughout the day.

Lotion 24/7. I have eczema and struggled so much. Also, when you have time at home or when sleeping, lather Vaseline all around your hands and cover them with gloves (rubber, cotton, whatever you have)
