So I didn’t have the experience personally but a friend that I work with was in the same situation. He ended up just calling partner resources to ask them if he was still meeting the requirement. They looked up his account and saw how many hours he had for the audit period and told him how many more hours he would need to meet the requirement.
Hope that helps! Good luck!!

They do an audit in Jan and July every year, it’s typically that you need to have 520 hours (20 hrs a week), but since covid including this upcoming audit in January they have reduced it to 450 hours, be prepared it is supposed to return to 520 hours for the July audit. I don’t think they send any kind of warning so you can keep track by looking at your paystubs to make sure you’re on track. I am not in the SCAP program, so I don’t know how it works if you lose benefits, but definitely would echo calling the Partner Contact center and they can help you with any other questions or direct you to asu people.
