I love our regulars!!! Today one of the regulars came in the drive thru, tipped up $500, and said happy holidays before driving off. Literally made my day 😭

Yesterday, one of my quiet but friendly regulars dropped off a dozen Crumbl cookies. I'd found out as I was getting ready for my opening shift that one of my first friends died and wear feeling really pessimistic and heartbroken. I was standing at the oven just thinking, "do not start crying. You don't get to cry here. Wait until you're home" I turn to see Cold Brew Cam walk in with this huge box and his sweet smile, tell me that he's very grateful for all of us and hopes we have a meet Christmas, handed me the box, and walked out. It truly made a huge difference for me in that moment.
Today, my favorite older gentleman said in a sweet not creepy way, "I'm always so grateful to see you. You nourish my soul, and I'm sure many others."
Starbucks customers are the sweetest.

It'll be okay. Nasty run with brain cancer so it was relieving that she is released from that and all that came with it, but I'm heartbroken for everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
Seriously, maybe one openly rude customer for every 500 and that one typically gets torn to shreds by the others. I've had a wide variety of jobs (healthcare, waitressing/bartending, retail) and Starbucks customers are hands down the best customers.

By the time I got too work (11AM, we open at 7) most of the things were already taken by other partners, but here’s what I took for myself from the bag!
