I don’t personally recommend Starbucks based on my experience with my store. However, the benefits are decent and for a first job I feel like the pay isn’t terrible either. Definitely not something that will keep a self-supporting adult afloat though, and very slim chances of moving up in the company. You also don’t receive personal performance based raises.

To a college student: maybe? It’s got ups and downs. To any other functioning adult: probably not. There’s just no endgame in SBux, or even mid game really.
