im so sorry :( ive noticed this a lot with people that work opposite shifts as some of my coworkers that are afab nb, and it infuriates me. its like some people like to purposefully misgender people, even when corrected over and over again.
unfortunately, this happens a lot and it's something that will keep happening unless you fit within what society thinks you should look like as the gender you identify with. the most important thing is to surround yourself with people that are genuinely supportive of you outside of work, so you have an affirming environment when you leave work!
lastly, contact management, whether that's an SM or even DM if the SM doesn't make an attempt to remedy the situation.
im sorry you have to go through that at work :( everyone deserves to feel safe and respected within their workplace.

Could you put pronouns on name tag?

Ugh…that sucks :( is your SM supportive? I would say maybe talking to them? I’m also trans masc, I’m fortunate my coworkers are supportive, but I get misgendered so much on DTO, even window despite having been on T for awhile. I’m awful about correcting people so I just suck it up and try to avoid being on DTO too often. And I 100% agree the pins are useless, the Starbucks ones are way too small. I don’t know if it would help because it sounds like the area you’re in probably isn’t the most accepting, but you could potentially look at transferring if talking to your SM or any shift that’s at least somewhat accepting doesn’t help.
