Yeah I'm still gonna just refer to "upside down" as shot placement and nothing else. Wish they would actually make a standard on what the modifier meant in Resources or smthn because everyone has their own weird way of doing it and it's so inconsistent.

I would assume so. If people are ordering upside down they likely either know what they mean and that’s what they want, or don’t know what they mean and shouldn’t ask for it 🤷🏼♀️

This is how I make the macchiato when I REALLY want to be EXTREMELY petty. The look of confusion is HILARIOUS. But the vanilla step is the only one I keep the same as regular, as in the bottom of the cup.

It’s literally just an iced latte with caramel drizzle, don’t read too much into the steps, it’s just so that the espresso is mixed in. You should always just ask the customer what they prefer if they order whip or cold foam with an upside-down drink
