I got it in my mouth and it was chewy/soft, so I spit back into my cup. I’m super nervous bc we had maggots in our store just a month and half or so ago

They are like rice crispys after sitting in milk for a while. They get mushy and soggy. I have had multiple people call in with this same problem as you ever year since they changed from the cranberry topping to this.

Even if you order it with no whip you will still get the sprinkle topping. So that appears to be a white pearl from the topping it comes with.

OP, that is definitely from the sprinkles. The white pearls get that way. We have had people complain about it at my store, and next time I would order it with no sprinkles
