Well my time as a shift supervisor is over, me and 4 other partners ( 2 baristas, another shift, and our manager) all got fired this week. It doesn’t shock me, since we got this new shift back 6 months ago the whole place went downhill, so many made up allegations made to ethics and my store is so cliquey that if someone and the slightest amount of dirt on you they would make up lies and go straight to ethics, I’m happy to be out of that toxic environment but my god is this going to financially kill me. Starbucks really needs to start stepping up if they want people to work for this company.
