This is completely up to your SM. Personally, 2 times in your first 2 weeks is a huge red flag for me and would be a documented coaching today.

Depends totally on your manager
Manager who I started under wrote me up in the first 4 weeks for being late by under 5 minutes 3 times
Current manager I couldn't picture him doing that, he's human
