Some woman was mad that she had to wait five mins in between her food getting out, so she took matters into her own hands and came behind the counter to yell at me and my partner! I told her to get back and that her food was in the oven and she continued to step over the line and yell at us. Then she left and called 5 seconds after leaving to complain and surprise surprise, I answered the phone. Had to hand it off to my manager but didn’t have time to tell her what happened. Now the lady says she’s calling corporate but corporate won’t know the full stores. Ugh🙃 gotta love customers

file an incident report form. they let corporate know both sides of the story.

I don’t know her full name though :/

you’re actually not even allowed to put any customers names in incident report forms, so its unnecessary to know.

Hm. I wonder how they do anything about it with no name. That’s interesting

they can’t until its a repeat occurrence with multiple incident report forms collected. so if she comes back and does the same thing multiple times then they can. but if she just calls corporate and complains then they can look into your store and see if anyone filed an irf and then compare the times/dates and assess from there.

Your manager should 86 that customer immediately. Never allow them behind the counter
