How 😭😳
copicking [OP] 30 points 6m ago
Oven cleaner, some of the espresso machine cleaner pucks, and a scrub pad.

Like the pills?
Kivic 3 points 6m ago
Yeah the pills! We use the pills at my store as well. They work really well for getting out the stains!

i've never done it personally but one of my SSVs has suggested urn cleaner or just a very thorough soak and scrape with the oven cleaner
AdamAce3 6 points 6m ago
How do u use urn clear. I essentially break my hand when scrapping it with oven cleaner.
copicking [OP] 3 points 6m ago
Don't use the blue handle scrapers for anything but getting the burnt crispy stuff off! It'll save your wrists and save the plate from being scratched.

I use scrubbing pads or steel wool.

I used urnex on the ovens. I would spray the oven cleaner and then sprinkle the urnex powder on top. Let it set for a few mins then scrape away. Works really well though idk if it’s necessarily safe because of the chemicals mixing or allowed 😅
Outrageous_Sorbet_72 12 points 6m ago
I would definitely not recommend this, urnex is very abrasive and the urns themselves need to be rinsed out three times before you can use them again after. I doubt someone doing the ovens would properly wash off the urnex. Not to mention what the heat could do to the chemicals.

ive never used it on oven parts, but i have used it on the sinks in the back room. my SSV had me sprinkle the concentrate powder, saturate it with water, wait a little for it to take effect and then scrub with a scouring pad or plastic brisled brush. there should be instructions for it on the packaging as well.

i wanna take the insides out of the ovens out, bring it home, smoke a fat joint and scrub it clean for an hour

Protip for the future, for anyone:

Look into pumice stones for your store, buy them, and do a register payout for store supplies. They grind off stuff without having to use crazy methods.
SpicyH0tCheeto 2 points 6m ago
That’s what my store uses too!
