Does anyone know the procedure for when you store manager changes your schedule a few days before your shift? Are they supposed to contact you? The only reason I ever find out is through notifications on the app or looking at the dcr.

If you have an issue with the change, I don’t believe that can force the change last minute. It’s important that they give u a heads up though, particularly if it’s within a week away. Otherwise, im not sure if the exact procedure regarding last minute scheduling changing, but I’d speak to them and express your concerns if necessaryx

Okie, thank you! It doesn’t normally cause a problem for me (but for people who can’t drive themselves to work I can assume it’d be very annoying). It’s just frustrating that the change is not communicated to me when it’s for a shift within 48 hours.
