Can you work as a borrowed partner outside of your district/ state?

You cannot. Within your district is allowed, but you'd have to transfer between districts or states.

Thank you! I’m going out of state for the holidays and was curious but it’s no biggie, thank you for answering my question :)

Technically you can. I do for breaks since I work near my college. It is up to the DM if they are okay with paying you less/more depending on where they are coming from. Typically they aren’t, but if they are desperate and you are invaluable they’ll let you for short periods of time. That’s what I do every school break except summer.

To note, it is within the same state

Hi, the simple answer is yes you can… not sure why people are saying no?? I’ve worked in multiple districts in all positions. As far as a different state: I would say if it’s less than a hour away, and depends on the pay difference if there is any

I think pay difference is the big thing, maybe there’s more to consider about states? I’ve never covered out of province but I’ve covered out of district many times because in my province minimum wage is the same everywhere unlike say in the US where I’ve heard minimum wage can vary across a single state depending on where you live

definitely ask your sm, and the sm of the other store. I worked at another store outside my district because they needed extra coverage for a sick partner and it was perfectly fine.
