To start, I don't work at Starbucks anymore. I'm just curious about a few things. First, how long did you guys have the very berry hibiscus and violet drink? Second, does anybody miss it as much as i do (i know I'm not alone). Finally, why did so many costumers seriously call it a violent drink?
Edit: i was curious if anyone had the refresher base longer than my old store, sorry if that was worded weird.

if you’re ever in california, disneyland’s “mint julep” is basically non caffeinated cool lime. i drank SO many over the summer when we visited

I hated it 😭 I felt like it tasted like cough medicine.
I also had a customer who’d order a trenta and wanted the BERRIES STRAINED OUT..becsuse she didn’t want them but she wanted it purple. We all told her it would taste the same without the berries but she insisted. Every. Single. Time. Then her daughter started doing that too

that’s how my brother wants the dragonfruit lemonade! he doesn’t like the soggy berries but likes the color of it. i make it for him the way he wants but i’ve told him that if i go on my day off it won’t be purple lol

I find a taste difference between berries and no berries. I always have. The berries give it a flavour of something other than the white grape juice base lol

Very Berry has been around since 2012 or so, I used to get it periodically after school. I miss the violet drink so much :((

By the time I tried VBH it was on its way out. I got them with lemonade at the we proudly serve on my college campus before I withdrew and I miss very berry and guava juice a LOT
