Someone mobile ordered they the other day. Their co-worker did it. Neither one knew we had the refresher made with water. They thought they had to order the lemonade with no lemonade so it could be made with water

Makes sense. A lot of people ask for “strawberry açaí with no lemonade”.
Idk what’s worse, that, or ordering a regular refresher and then at the end of listing off their modifications saying “with a splash of lemonade” 🥲

It seems like this is mobile ordered from the stretch off. Maybe they can’t find the one made with water on the app. They actually end up paying more so that’s crazy
