The other day a lady ordered a venti nitro cold brew w/ vanilla sweet cream, but I thought she asked for a normal vanilla sweet cream cold brew. My coworker however, heard her correctly and began making her order in a grande cup. I double-checked the order with the customer and she said "No, it's supposed to be nitro." I voided the order and rang up a new one and told her "Oh, I'm so sorry but the largest size nitro we can do is a grande." At the same time my coworker set the finished drink in front of her. She rolled her eyes and said "Whatever, grandes fine." She paid for the drink and took a sip, and proceeded to rant about how we didn't make it correctly and that it wasn't sweet enough, and she made my coworker put vanilla syrup in the cup.
Idk, I feel like I was only thinking she was rude bc it was towards the end of my shift and I was tired, but my coworker told me she thought the lady was rude too
