so i’ve been a partner since april 2022 and for the most part it has been great. my fellow partners and ssv’s are amazing but management sucks. i tried to confide in my SM about my mental/physical health and she threatened to fire me bc i’ve “called out too much and don’t seem like i want to work here”. the only thing holding me back from quitting is my amazing coworkers. but i also need to think about my mental health and working for the siren is definitely not helping.
