Even though you know you did stuff wrong, that's ultimately all you need to grow and lesrn from it. You're allowed to be upset by it even if it was cauded by your actions. Just do your best to think about what you can do to avoid these things in the future and keep your head up!

I’m impressed with you. It takes maturity and guts to own up to what one did wrong.

If I mess up, I usually send an e-mail to my manager including what I did, the background and context, what I learned, and what I’ll do differently. I think it’s important to show how we learn from our mistakes; it’s equally important to own up to them. I e-mail her because she’ll often give me advice.
