Just think of it like this- is it more of a bother for him to set up a new trainer for you now , since you've been on boarded and put in the system and dipped your toe in...
Or for you to be too overwhelmed that you quit and he has to hire someone brand new and start all over again...
He needs to be there to support you, and you gotta be the squeaky wheel. There's a certain amount of 'overwhelmed' that comes with learning when you're properly trained but when you've barely been shown anything they can't expect you to know what to do. Improper training hurts the customers and the company in the long run.
