Who can get hired at the partner contact center? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve applied to every partner contact center position that’s opened the last six months as a former partner with years of qualifying experience and always get an automatic rejection. It’s remote but I don’t live in Washington. No posting ever said you had to but is it required? How do you even get hired there?

i did an internship there and
1- you don’t want to work there
2- they don’t like hiring people without degrees and tons of experience

Thanks for the honesty. I would honestly still take the job since the minimum pay is $6 an hour more than what I make now but i really don’t have high expectations for hearing back
