Question about medical leave (self.starbucksbaristas)

OKAY. So my manager hasn’t texted me back, and I need to know the answer to this question. I was just approved for FMLA/caregiver leave and I know that I’m allowed to use my sick pay while I’m off. How do I initiate that? Should I go to my store and write it in the book? Or does my manager specifically have to do something?
