This Saturday will be my last day at starbucks.i am done with my employers pettiness. They have been so two-faced since I started. Like my ex boss told me there was a family discount that everyone at that placed used for there family. then I switch to another store and all of a sudden she never said (self.starbucksbaristas)

This just means your first boss was incorrect. It doesn’t mean the company is two-faced. Some SM’s don’t mind when you mark out for close family but it’s not assumed and definitely not company policy.
Starbucks sucks at a lot of things, but this aint it. If you are quitting based on this then that’s on you.

Your first boss is wrong. Your discount is only for you and that’s it. It’s actually against policy to use it on family or anyone else for that matter.

YOU can buy whatever you want for whoever you want with your discount, you just can’t give your partner number to your friend and let them use it. Drink markouts are for you only.
