So we just recently got our digital tips, are we going to receive those as cash like our other tips or do they directly go into our paycheck? I’ve asked my manager and ASM and they don’t seem to know the answer

No, not unless you’re in a state that receives paychecks weekly. They’re calculated by a computer and added directly to your paycheck but the paycheck is itemized.

Those will go directly into your paycheck, and if you want to, you can check your pay statement to see just how much of it is. It’s itemized :)
