LMAO during my time at tarbucks i’d always make special drinks for the team members who took our trash. i made one that i suspect was just like this one once, under the instructions: “don’t you dare let any of the guests see it though!!”

Make good relationships with every sm you possibly can, work extra, all that stuff. Shockingly all my hard work and 60 hour weeks paid off and they noticed ❤️

ASM here. Coaching with kindness is number one. They want to know you’re doing it now and comfortable doing so. They ask about times you’ve coached and been coached etc.
