DTO, DTR, and ovens (self.starbucksbaristas)

At my store sometime I will be doing DTO, DTR, and ovens, just curious if other stores are like this or does mine just suck. Cause sometime my brain would feel like it was gonna blow trying to do all three at once.

normal closing at my store. sometimes its even full “floor is yours”. but during a rush someone else would step on and help if needed/asked.

I'm not so sure if that's common across all stores, but it's very common at mines. I would do all 3 at least once a week.

We definitely did that at mine except it wasn’t full ovens just DT food

That’s normal. It’s a regularly called for play in the play builder app for evenings

Depending on the time of day that’s pretty normal. Especially if you’re running a 3 person play and your ssv has to do the food pull, IMS counts, etc.

Yup! DTO/DTR area and warming area are in the same corner at my store so around 12ish its just one person there w/support as needed

Pretty typical at my store since we have our ovens by DT instead of behind the front register. All times except peak we usually have one person doing both DTO and warming since it's pretty easy to do both when it's not too busy. After 2pm or so we'll usually have one person doing all three.

It's not too bad once you get the hang of it, but it's definitely harder now with the CC tipping.
