Yea they get angry because their embarrassment turns into anger cuz they don't want u to focus on their mistake or on their embarrassment

Yea all the children that have stepped foot in my store behave very well. Theyre always patient. If they speak to us or ask us anything, its very calm and politely. Children, overall, have better mannerisms than a lot of these adults we deal with at our stores lol. I mean ive seen parents yell and have attitude with us and their kid with them is quiet and patiently waiting. Like damn i wish something would change about this but i kno its probably never guna happen

I can’t tell you how many times I’ll have families in the cafe and when they get up to leave, the children clean up their area and push in their chairs. Meanwhile the adults leave trash on the tables, crumbs everywhere and chairs left out in the open.

A couple times children have stayed behind to clean up after their parents, only for their parents to yell at them to leave.

Omg thats crazy. I believe it tho for sure. Its concerning how many adults i see leaving straw wrappers by the trash can counter area or the handoff counter area. And the other day I saw a McDonald's coffee cup sitting on the ground outside of my store. Like I don't understand these people. They just don't care because they know that they're not going to have to eventually pick it up themselves and let us employees will get it
