a customer black listed me from making their drink. they wanted no foam and stirred. Every single time I would put on whip and stir it throughly and then they would come back and ask for more whip (I put whip on top but obviously the whip “disappeared” when I stirred her drink)

So after a couple times of this I decide I’ll just skip the second step of her asking me to put more whip on and just do it myself.

So I make her drink, I put whip on. Then I stir it throughly. And then I add more whip thinking she’ll be happy I remembered.

Foolish me. What a fool I was. Instead she opens the lid, sees the whip and becomes furious. And instead of asking me to remake it (I’m still on cafe bar) she goes to pos and asks the person on pos (who’s busy doing their own thing) to personally remake the drink.

I’m done lol I thought I was being nice but nope. Just made everything more time consuming for no fucking reason.

Edit- though to be fair if she came to me and had me remake it, and then asked me to put more whip on after I hand her the drink I’d probably lose it so probably was for the best

yes theres this older woman who comes in a specifically asks for me to make her tedious ass drink bc she wants it like half wet and everyone else makes it wrong apparently

We have one man who always gets a flat white with an extra shot. He always comes through the DT and if there isn’t a white dot in his flat white, he sends it back.

He’ll take drinks from anyone if they have the dot, but he’s not happy about it unless it’s made by one of my SSVs
