I think it’s December 26th or the first week of January (I honestly don’t know much about it) but it’s up to 5% depending on how long you’ve been with the company according to my SM.

Idk I've been working for 5 days now and got a raise. Was around 10% (slightly lower)

I didn’t even know about them before hearing about them on this sub. Wish there was a way for me to check if I’m getting one and how much. My one year just passed, so I think I read I am getting a small one, but no one’s told me anything.

I believe they're anywhere from 1% to 10% depending on your time with the company.

The raise goes into affect on January 6th at least in California
I believe it is:
1-2 year partner or less 3% anything more 5% I do believe tenure partners get 10% but not sure
SM’s should be having conversations with each partner individually between now and then to inform you exactly how much you are making
