Inclement Weather Pay for Seattle partners? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Does anyone know how inclement weather pay works? Seattle and the whole region was hit with freezing rain, and I know that there are definitely partners who couldn't make it in safely and stores that stayed closed. So, how does a partner or a store qualify for this type of hazard pay?

So, I’ve gotten inclement weather pay once. Basically, the call was made to close the store because there was like 12 inches of snow and we got a text from our SM that it was being closed and we would be paid. It showed up on my next check! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
