I know that cutting on labor is one thing but deleting shifts without notice? Mind you the schedule has been up for almost 3 weeks, i just need to know if this is allowed?

oof that sounds so fucking annoying. They should send you a text at least. Cutting labor after schedules have been posted is allowed but they should still let you know cause no one wants to drive to work just to drive back home.

if you weren’t informed of the change then I’m not sure. honestly think it’s probably they’re right to send you home it’s fucked up I could be wrong and I hope I am but I think they technically can send you home if it’s x days/hours in advance on the app

If push comes to shove... there is always a digital foot print (or whatever) that will show what time a thing was done.

So if you bring this up, and you should.
And if you get shit for it.
And if you aren't believed.. ask for an audit of when shifts were changed.

Nothing happens digitally without being able to be culled into a report.

Hi, no, I swear I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
