We went into open today and we couldn’t brew any coffee🥰 I grabbed the coffee beans to brew and the cabinet was easily 20 degrees colder, we already had one costumer throw a fit about it. Also, it is still a level 2 snow emergency here😌

they said the hot water is working. the lines that go to the bars and the brewers are different, so only a couple must’ve been frozen.
