i literally have to force my baristas to leave the floor to clean themselves up after a spill. like BUDDY customers can wait while you mop yourself up that is horrifying.
i also poured milk on my SM's shoe accidentally once and then had to cover her on bar while she rinsed her shoe off in the mop sink so THAT WAS FUN.
